OUR STORY
Coming from a variety of backgrounds, our founding team was drawn together by our mutual love for Korean cuisine and our desire to explore its tastes further while inquiring about some of its similarities in taste to our larger familiarity with Mexican cuisine. We decided to test our palates and come up with a concept that pushes the idea of fusion cuisine forward with our collaborative menu featuring Mexican and Korean ingredients, cooking techniques, food preparation, and dining atmosphere. We hope to provide guests from any background a unique experience for the senses in our food and beverage presentation as well as our efforts to create a relaxing atmosphere for all our diners that can potentially inspire fellow entrepreneurs to consider how they can creatively pursue an ethnic fusion restaurant concept in their own way.
